Online Return Policy
We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. You are also responsible for ensuring the item arrives back to us safely, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
